«SPIEL MIT UNS» Flyer-series

The younger and innovative generation at the «Stadttheater Bern» decided to give the (younger) public an understanding of theater. Therefor stands the claim «Spiel mit uns» (Play with us). An event/party every two month had been intended.
ro* created the flyer-artwork for the first season.

For the anniversary exhibition «Der mit dem Bart» about Andreas Hofer (an North-Italian independence fighter) ro* was invited – beneath other artist – to create a panel-painting concerning his interpretation of Andreas Hofers role in South Tyrol. The painting of ro* even made it on the catalogue cover.

ro* at the Artig IV

ro* shows some new works and an exclusively painted oversize VANS Sk8-Hi shoe-chair at the «Artig IV». From the 27th to the 29th of March 2009, the young and urban Swiss Graphic Design Scene meets for the forth time at the «Imprimerie» in Basel. 17 artists – such as Anna-Lina Balke, Hausgrafik, Pixelfarm, SMASH 137, WES 21, Via Grafik and many more – are showing a combination of graphic design, illustration, urban art, 3D-installations and performances.

Inspired by a wall covered with little framed pictures at the house of his friend Jahn, ro* created three HYBRIDS in a multiframe mode. There are always some variabilities in the dynamic of arranging the frames (Example: length of legs, length of angling rod, length of motor saw).
